Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after processing.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Damages and Lost Packages Omera is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tryomera.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
